COSTS

Harrier Membership fees:

Seniors £20pa*.

Juniors/unwaged £10pa*.

England Athletics (EA) Registration:

As a Club we have always encouraged our members to compete and to benefit from England Athletics Registration when doing so. More information about the benefits of England Athletics registration can be found here.

*For those that compete, you will need to add on England Athletics registration - this is £19 valid from April 1st 2024 through to March 31st 2025 (for all aged 11 upwards).  We want to encourage all of our active junior members age 11 and upwards to sign up for EA at the same time as Club Membership - this will then cover you with various benefits and a discount at competitive fixtures across the year. Most UK Athletics licenced races will offer you a race discount with this membership.

If seniors definitely don't want England Athletics registration as you are purely a social runner/supporter then please advise us and just join Harrier Club members.

Membership fees to be paid online.

New members please complete a form and send in so that you can be added to the system and invoiced to pay online.

VOLUNTEERING SOME TIME

We expect all Harrier members, or parents of juniors, to contribute time to the Club. This might be by helping out at training (e,g, holding a stop-watch; raking the long-jump pit), acting as a team manager; becoming a trained coach or official; writing a report for the website, taking a photo or two for the website, or helping to marshal at either the Street 5k Series or the Wells Fun Run.

You can also help by joining the committee to plan Club activities and oversee the development of the Club. We will allocate you to a task during the year, or you can volunteer for a specific role if you contact us in advance (e.g. marshalling at one or more of the Street 5k races Oct-March).
